As we’re in the middle of Spring, I thought I’d have a play with some cute pastel shades. One of my favourite tones for this season is lilac and I think when it comes to applying your eyeshadow, yellows are a pretty way to add a vibrant pop of colour. For this makeup look, I’ve used the Morphe 35B Colour Burst Artistry Eyeshadow Palette.
This palette doesn’t have any colour names so I’ve just numbered the colours that I used.
Transition – #1 (Lilac)
Crease – #2 (Purple)
Outer Corner – #3 (Dark Purple)
Inner Corner – #4 (White)
Lid (Half Cut Crease) – Mix of #5 (Shimmer Yellow) and #6 (Bright Yellow), then #4 in the centre of lid to transition into outer corner.
So for my birthday, I got the Morphe 35B Colour Burst Eyeshadow Palette (review coming soon) which is soooo colourful! Definitely the most vibrant palette I’ve set my eyes on! I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it and have a play with the colours.
Yesterday was a pretty miserable day weather wise so I thought I’d brighten things up and do this tropical eye makeup look. It’s so loud and vivid, I love it!
So as I’ve already said, I used my new Morphe Colour Blast palette. I went for bright, warm toned shadows to create a sunset looking half cut crease and then wore a contrasting tropical green colour on my lower lash line.
